In the event that there are differences in the agreements between the Treasury Board and THE PIPSC and the agreement between the Board of Directors and psac, NRC and RCEA will negotiate the specific agreement (either PIPSC or PSAC agreement) that will be made available to the affiliation for ratification and inclusion in the collective agreement. 34.03 The deadlines set in this proceeding may be extended by mutual agreement between the employer and the worker and, if necessary, the representative of the institute. In the event of alleged misinterpretation or misapsed under agreements of the National Joint Council (NJC) of the Public Service on matters that may be included in a collective agreement and approved by the parties to this agreement, the appeal procedure will be in accordance with the NJC-By-Laws.
